Ontario Trillium Foundation - Resiliency Grant

Our organization, with a $196,600 Resilient Communities Fund grant, has been able to recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by hiring staff to improve grief and bereavement support for dying seniors and families, redefine our community engagement and recruit volunteers.
