The creation of an appropriate environment is an essential part of the holistic concept of care.  Located in the heart of Richmond Hill, the home is well-situated to meet the needs of the broader York Region community. Hill House Hospice was the original home to the Hill Family. The land was donated to the City, who in turn have generously enabled Hill House Hospice to serve the community for the last 25 years! 

Hill House Hospice was founded by Ann Gold in 1998 and continues to serve the City and surrounding area to this day. 

Hill House is set on approximately one acre of land. In addition to beautiful grounds, the house includes three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. The House can accommodate up to three residents at a time.

Hill House has many areas where family members and friends can have privacy, meditate or just take time for reflection. Hill House is a home in every sense of the word - filled with laughter, tears and memories.
