Key Responsibilities: 1. Nursing Triage Intake and Assessment 2. Prioritizing Waitlists and admissions 3. Maintaining Referral Data Base, Bed Registry and House Occupancy 4. Initiating and discharging charts including performing second chart audit 5. Overseeing and maintaining a streamlined admissions process utilizing an electronic medical records system.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse and Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

In 2020 our volunteers dedicated over 865 hours to Hill House and in 2021, despite COVID restrictions, volunteers dedicated over 875 hours! Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for volunteers who love to fundraise, help run and promote events, help bake and of course help support our residents and families at the House.
We are looking for individuals that can volunteer from 1 to 4 hours a week and we are looking for a one-year minimum commitment.
